2010 ROOM PRICES

TURIN SHROUD PROMOTION*: we are offering a 10% discount list rate for bookings received before April 1st 2010 (see below).

Open Dates:

Villa Sampaguita is normally open from March 1st to November 30th and closed December 1-February 28. In winter we can rent the apartments on a weekly basis or accept a group booking for the B&B (minimum of one week). Please contact us for winter rates.

• All rates are in euro and inclusive of 10% sales tax.
• We accept Visa, Mastercharge, American Express and Diners Club cards, note we have to add a 5% card charge to the room price.
• If you are paying by cash we offer a 5% discount of the room price.
• Our minimum stay is normally 3 nights (if you can only stay 2 nights ask us and we will try to accomodate you)
• We offer discounted rates for July and August.

Bed and Breakfast Rooms:

Our rooms all have a balcony and a spacious bathroom with bath/shower. Breakfast is a continental style buffet with local cheeses, salamis, fresh baked pastries, organic fruit and fresh squeezed juice, fresh eggs (our own chickens) or pancakes (our own wheat) on request

Apartment Rates:

Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen/living room and additional sofa bed in living room
Breakfast not included. (We can provide breakfast on request at 10€ per person)

Summer Specials:

We offer special summer rates in July and August for 3 or more nights.

Half-board:

• Half-board (breakfast and dinner) option is available for groups of 4 or more for entire stay at Villa Sampaguita.
• Half-board charge is 25€ per person for 3-course dinner including wine.
• Guests may choose to upgrade to a full 5-course dinner (35€ ) at any time during their stay
• Ideal for cyclists or walking groups. See Cycling page

TURIN SHROUD PROMOTION:

• Bookings received for visitors to the Shroud of Turin Display before April 1st 2010 we offer a 10% discount off the published price.
• The Shroud of Turin will be on display from 10th April to 23rd May 2010
• To book a room or apartment on promotional rate we will require a 20% non-refundable deposit.

September Palio di Asti Week:

• During the period September 11th to 20th we only take bookings for one week minimum.
• We also offer a complete Palio Week Package Tour

Group Rates:

• Please contact us for group rates and offers.

Dinners and cooking lessons at Villa Sampaguita:

• We can provide traditional Piedmontese 5 -course dinners on request for 4 or more guests using our own organic produce and including our own wine at 35€ per person.
• We can also accomodate cooking classes for small groups (maximum 4persons)at 60€ per person including dinner.

Children:

Villa Sampaguita is primarily set up for adults looking for a base to explore N.W. Italy, however children of ages are more then welcome. We have a range of childrens diversions see Villa Sampaguita Bambini. Cots for infants are free of charge, and we don't charge breakfast for under 5's. Dinners are half-price for under 12's.

All rates include tax and service.

Please note:

• Payment in cash (Euro ) or credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard or Diner’s Club).
• We charge 5% card fee on room rate for credit card payments
• We do give 5% discount on room rate for cash payment.
• We recommend that you rent a car to stay here.
• We are very easy to find (see map) and we will provide you with detailed directions.
• Rooms are non-smoking. We ask smokers to use the balcony or outdoor spaces.
• At this time we cannot accept pets.

Booking:

Please e-mail or fax your intended arrival date, number of people and nights you will stay. We will send you a confirmation by return and detailed directions how to find us.

Deposit:

• For nomal bookings we don't ask for a deposit.
• Deposits are required for Palio di Asti week, Early Bird & Shroud promotion and group bookings
• We take deposits by Visa card only on our secure deposit page Reservations
